The mission of the Surviving Parent Coalition is to stop predatory crimes against children. This is a group of parents who have gone through every parent's worst nightmare. We honor our children by creating awareness and improving laws for child protection and safety.

The SPC Law Enforcement Committee was created to address law enforcement best practices. The Committee advocates for:

• Legislation
• Bringing Awareness to and empowerment of law enforcement with training, resources and funding for best practices in investigation of missing children cases.
• Training nationwide which addresses the multi-complex issues of missing children.

Funding is provided for many of the trainings, and also included are "free" distance learning online courses.
